Beyond Mindfulness

When we talk about mindfulness, we are talking about training our mind. But the question arises—what is our mind?

How can we train something if we don’t know what it is?

This 6-week course will explore what mind is, how it works, and the different emotions and mental states that we experience. By learning to identify these mental states and emotions we can start to effectively train our mind. This course is especially useful if you’ve started mindfulness and now want to deepen your understanding of this practice.

In order for you to get the most out of our programs, we limit our group sizes for each course. By offering a small group setting, we ensure that you receive guidance tailored to your needs and circumstances. It also means that we can fully discuss your practice by exploring your experiences along the way.

Since group sizes are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment in missing out!
